It can take a few weeks to adjust to a new mattress, so we ask that you use yours for 30 days. If after that time you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return. All foam in Malouf products has been tested to meet CertiPUR-US® rigorous standards for emissions, content, performance, and durability. The foam is made without ozone depleters, flame retardants (PBDEs, TDCPP, TCEP), mercury, lead, heavy metals, formaldehyde. Or phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. All foams are considered Low Volatile Organic Compound emissions for indoor air quality.
