Adjustable base returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the adjustable base must be functional, clean, and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for shipping the adjustable base back, and an inspection will be done upon return. Send us an email at info@maloufhome.com to start your return.
All purchases made in-store must be returned directly to that retailer.
Each Malouf base is backed by a limited warranty that is prorated over time. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under the conditions and exceptions stated and is extended to the original purchaser. For warranty coverage to be granted, you must first follow directed troubleshooting procedures. Email Order@somnushaven.com to submit your claim.
